As your Birth Doula, I will be there to guide and comfort you through the entire pregnancy. Helping you stay on top of nutrition, create a birth plan, share wise woman wisdom for an easier delivery, and be your advocate, cheerleader, and support through birth.

As your Death Doula, I will help you conquer your fears around death, help you set up an end of life plan, be an active guide, and support you and your family through the grieving process.
